Overview:
To ensure that students with SDC accommodations receive their allotted time in Canvas Classic Quizzes.
Canvas requires that both the quiz availability window and duration be modified to match the request from SDC.
- The availability window is the span in which a student can access and complete a quiz.
- The duration is the amount of time (time limit) applied to a quiz.
Both the time window and moderate must be modified for each student with accommodations. If only one is changed, whichever time runs out first (window or duration) will be when the quiz ends for that student.
Summary of Process:
- Modify the time window for the Classic Quiz.
- Moderate the Classic quiz for SDC students.
